REQUIREMENTS:

Everyone who is signing MUST be present.

Witnesses cannot be a party to the instrument, must be of sound mind, and MUST be present.

A valid government issued photo ID (Drivers License, State ID, or Passport) for each person signing.

The ID must not be expired and must reflect the name printed on the document.

The documents to be notarized must be completed entirely before notarization (no blanks). Please let me know in advance if you require a customized document.
